According to the ANAHP (Brazilian National Association of Private Hospitals), for the first time in the last 10 years, the net revenue of the 22 largest private hospitals in Brazil has plummeted, among other factors, as a ripple effect from the reduction of plans of portfolio health and also the reduction of operators in the market. In the public system is no different, with the increasing scarcity of funds against the increased demand. In this scenario, there is no magic, but there are solutions to optimize existing resources to generate economic efficiency and more profitability.
