Creative Practices to Innovate in HR Luz Loo de Li
Human talent in health services provide a range of opportunities, creativity to lead the management of health institutions, to create a space of comfort, well-being, professional growth, personal, spiritual for internal users, who share many hours of day care of patients or in related processes that contribute to the health of people who come to health services, they are the pillars of our multidisciplinary teams in health, it is therefore for all, a commitment.

The development of technology, advances in general, begins with human talent in health, to achieve results we must have their participation.

Humanization of health care is undoubtedly a priority in times like these when you feel dissatisfaction, especially from the human talent in health.

The management of institutions in many of them are almost always focused on the demands of external users, without sometimes giving due weight to the fact that we are people that serve people with soul, with spirituality, as human beings with our own world, not only health professionals or health workers with a mission, a purpose, a job to do; one has a life that sometimes is complex, perhaps co-workers do not know and in general cannot anyone know, and that every day is faced with challenges of caring for others, years of service that perhaps may not have been recognized .

Providing spaces to develop human resources in health, such as a cultural center where art, creativity, culture, multiculturalism, the practice of disciplines in which the holistically human being develops, the spirituality, the reflection and meditation is fostered, will undoubtedly generate satisfaction to those who have a beautiful job, caring for another human being.
